UT Vols Cake

This is the second cake that I made for my WVLT Morning News tv debut. I’m a Kentucky Wildcats fan, but since this was a Knoxville, Tennessee audience…I decided to play nice!

This is an 8″ round double chocolate fudge cake with chocolate buttercream, covered in vanilla fondant. Everything is edible. The UT Vols logo is made from gumpaste. This cake was quite a hit with the crew!
